Scenario A: Purchase from Sigelei Store

Step 1: Log into Sigelei official website with Sigelei Store account, click ‘My Warranty-Create warranty claim’
Step 2: Input the product name , select Purchased from ‘Sigelei Store’
Step 3: Select your order number by ‘Find your Order No’ and fill in the information needed in ‘Problem Description’
Step 4: Click ‘CONTINUE ’ to create the warranty claim
Your warranty claim is created and pending for our warranty team to approve, once its approved, our warranty team will contact with you soon.

Scenario B: Purchase from Other Channels

Step 1: Create a Sigelei account at Sigelei official website or Sigelei Store: http://www.sigelei.com/index.php?route=account/register
Step 2: Log into Sigelei official website or Sigelei Store, click ‘My Warranty -Create warranty claim’
Step 3: Input the product name , select Purchase from ‘Others’
Step 4: Fill in all the needed information such as ‘Anti-fake Code’, ‘Purchase Date’, upload the ‘Proof of Purchase’, and fill in ‘Problem Description’
             Kindly note that if all information is not fully and correctly provided, your warranty claim would be declined or pending for processing.
Step 5: Click ‘CONTINUE’ to create the warranty claim


Scenario C: Accessory Purchase

Step 1: Create a Sigelei account at Sigelei official website or Sigelei Store:http://www.sigelei.com/index.php?route=account/register
Step 2: Log into Sigelei official website or Sigelei Store, click ‘My Warranty -Purchase accessory’
Step 3: Input the product name , select Purchase from ‘Accessory Purchase’
Step 4: Fill in the accessory that you want in ‘Problem Description’
Step 5: Click ‘CONTINUE’ to create the warranty claim

Sigelei warranty team will contact you soon and reply you if we can provide or sell the accessory including the price by email.
